ABOUT OUR COMPANY

We are one of the leading independent suppliers in trading of Aqua-feed and poultry-feed. We manage a global supply chain and vast client network and have been serving for 52 years.

We were initially working under the name of two firms M/s Kanhaiyalal Roopchand & Sanidhya Enterprises. But in 2019, we merged these both firms and formed KR PROLINES LLP; to expand our horizon in the Agro-Commodity industry.

Since its inception, we have been serving the customers constantly with perfection. That leads us to successfully gained their faith through all our dealings. Affairs of the firms are governed under the guidance of Mr Suresh Agicha & Mrs Aanchal Agicha, founder of KR PROLINES and supported by Mr Sanidhya Agicha as Executive Director of the K R Prolines.

OUR DEPARTMENTS

The commercial team is responsible for the execution of all the trades. They make sure all the trades are operated smoothly from lab analyzing the products to supplying the material in the required amount of time. They deal with all hindrances to make the trade smooth.

Our logistics team is the part of the supply chain which plans, implements and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption to meet customers’ requirements.

The account and finance department employs competent and caring business professionals who are innovative, resourceful, collaborative, and helpful in facilitating the management and accountability of the KR PROLINES’s resources. The structure of the department is pure hierarchical with various opportunities for climbing up.

Accounting and Financial Reporting strive for continuous process improvement by accelerating the use of our technology, and resources, continuing education, and collaborating with our customers.

The Marketing Department is responsible for representing us all over India & abroad. They make regular tours to promote our business and increase our client network.

JOB WORK

We not only engage in trading activities, but also offer job work services to our esteemed customers with a strong focus on providing high-quality materials that meet our customer demand. Our priority is to purchase materials from plants that produce superior-quality materials. To stay competitive in today’s market, we selectively hire plants that can provide soybean meal with specific protein percentages, such as 46%, 48%, or 50%, depending on customer demand and location. Our process involves supplying high quality soybean seeds to the plant and receiving soybean meal and oil in exchange, which we then trade accordingly. Moreover, we regularly engage in acquiring new materials to maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

How We Do

All the departments in KR Prolines are inter-connected. R&D department and trade department are in constant touch with each other, while the accounts & finance department is the backbone of the firm, making sure to let the sales and purchase team know the financial situation of the firm to help them make decisions in accordance. The trade department sits with the commercial department in the workstation to make a smooth flow of information during office hours. Every member in KR Prolines communicates with each other with respect and makes it definitive there is no overlapping of work.
